Making Sense Of Insurance

At Newbury Park Orthodontics, we accept all PPO insurance plans to help you maximize your benefits and minimize the costs of orthodontic treatment. Insurance is a complex business, and we are only able to provide an estimate for the out-of-pocket costs associated with treatment, as insurance providers’ coverage plans for orthodontics differ widely. Further, we are happy to verify eligibility, submit claims and do all of the legwork of dealing with the insurance company to ensure that they pay on your behalf.

Typically, a portion of your payment is due at the time of treatment in the form of a co-pay. For your convenience, we also accept a variety of payments and have financing options available to you to help fit any budget. One of our financing options is an in-house financing and payment plan with zero interest. The terms of this payment plan are case-by-case, and a small down payment is required to begin treatment under the in-house financing plan. You can then pay off the remainder of your balance for services rendered with no interest. If you have questions about this, please ask at the time of your appointment.
